Thepresidentpost.id - Jakarta, Menteri Keuangan (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani Indrawati angkat suara terkait defisit dari APBN yang mencapai Rp956,3 T.
Menurutnya realisasi ini lebih baik dari yang diperkirakan di dalam Perpres 72/2020 yaitu sebesar Rp1.039,2 T.
Dijelaskannya, dari sisi pendapatan negara, tahun lalu APBN mampu mencapai Rp1.960 T, sedangkan pada tahun 2020 realisasi sementara adalah Rp1.633,6 T atau terkontraksi sebesar 16,7%.
Di sisi lain, belanja negara mengalami kenaikan sebesar 12,2%. Tahun lalu sebesar Rp2.309 T, tahun 2020 realisasinya mencapai Rp2.589 T.
Dalam hal ini kenaikan terutama untuk belanja pemerintah pusat hingga 22,1% dibandingkan realisasi tahun 2019.
“(Ini) Artinya pemerintah pusat yang tahun lalu belanja Rp1.496 T, tahun ini belanja Rp1827,4 T. Lebih tinggi dari desain awal,” ungkap Menkeu dalam Konferensi Pers Realisasi Pelaksanaan APBN TA 2020 melalui video conferencenya seperti dilansir redaksi Thepresidentpost.id pada Sabtu (9/1/2021).
Sementara untuk realisasi sementara Transfer ke Daerah dan Dana Desa (TKDD) tercapai Rp762 T atau 99.8% dari target perpres 72/2020. Realisasi penyaluran dana desa menunjukkan peningkatan didukung oleh penyederhanaan proses penyaluran dana desa.
“Ini menunjukkan APBN berusaha bekerja luar biasa, sehingga memang APBN harus kemudian kita jaga kedepannya, karena tidak mungkin dia harus terus - menerus mengalami kondisi yang tekanannya luar biasa. Inilah yang menjadi desain dari konsolidasi tapi tetap mendukung perekonomian agar betul - betul pulih,” pungkas Menkeu.
